To train qualified professional team coaches with team coaching and practical skills up to ICF Standard
To equip corporate management with coaching competencies to develop team’s potentials and leadership, as well as the ability to achieve team’s self-awareness and self-development through coaching thinking
The program aims at training professional team coaches and corporate managers up the ICF core competencies. By integrating the core competencies of coaching and those of leadership development, it helps develop corporate leadership by coaching. The program is based on the belief that everyone is perfect, self-sufficient and competent to achieve their goals. Coaching opens the manager's eyes to the management potential of their own and others, and helps them learn efficient ways to motivate their team. The program aims to cultivate the coaching competencies of managers and professional leadership development coaches.
The program maximizes coaching results by integrating coaching skills with NLP and by engaging vision, hearing, sense and mind. We believe that everyone is perfect, complete, and has the capacity for achieving goals. NLP coaching explores potentials and motivates you to realize life goals. Through this program, students will acquire the ability to coach yourselves and others.

Learning goal
In six days, students will master the kernel of the ICF core competencies and be able to apply the principles to team coaching practice for corporate management. You will be able to complete one-on-one coaching and team coaching.
Team coaching philosophy
The program aims to training corporate managers and team coaches to learn ICF team coaching abilities in order to enable the coached teams to listen to their inner voices, overcome fears and disturbance, focus on intrinsic goals and potentials, and embrace their unlimited possibilities. The purpose of the course is not to solve specific problems, but to promote the team's self-awareness and self-reflection, and to develop the team’s wisdom by achieving goals and meeting challenges, and provoke the team's ability to develop itself
Team coaching models
1. goal setting , establishing trust and intimacy with clients , active listening, powerful questioning, creating awareness, direct communication , planning and accountability
2. Coaching models for self-exploration
3. Coaches adjust their coaching presence, follow their teams’ with flexibility and trust, and get access to their inner voice to find their goals and directions. Coaches will then establish an agreement with the teams, focus on the goals, and use NLP logical levels and inner resources to make plans and commitments for changes.
