Course Value
Coaching is a set of skills to unleash people’s motivation to achieve goals by clarifying goals, active listening, powerful questioning, direct communication and other methods. It is significant for a manager to master the essentials of coaching, for it will help him/her better manage communication, motivate employees, and improve performance. It is a course integrating leadership studies and psychology. The mentor will illustrate management skills to help team growth based on nearly 20 years of team management experience and rich experience in executive coaching.
Course Objective
Managers will be trained to master core coaching competencies and learn to apply coaching skills to inspire team members’ potential, creativity and initiative.
Contents
1. Training in core coaching competencies, including building trust, active listening, powerful questioning and direct communication;
2. Application of coaching in employee counselling, including counselling for better performance, effective feedback, learning ability, and high EQ;
3. A brief study of team coaching methods.

Team managers at all levels who need to improve their ability to counsel and communicate with employees.
