Course Value:
The core value of coaching is to consistently find and generate effective inner motivation by means of active listening, powerful questioning and direct communication etc. Applying coaching skills to sales talks will greatly increase the chance of success of sales relationships and communication. The course will focus on how to apply core coaching competencies to boost the effect of sales talks.
Course Objective:
By applying coaching skills, students will learn to understand customers’ deeper needs, and to adjust themselves to adopt a selling manner that suits customers’ psychological needs. This will help improve the effect of sales talks.
