Course Introduction
Course Objectives
To train qualified advanced coaches with practical skills up to ICF Standard
To give student a better understanding of the 8 ICF core coaching competencies , Minimum Skills Requirements for MCC Credential ,and enable them to apply these competencies in coaching practice.
The program aims at training corporate coaches, life coaches and executive coaches. Students will acquire a coaching mindset that influences themselves, others and the world. Based on the 8 ICF core competencies and Minimum Skills Requirements for MCC Credential , the program develops a framework to apply the core concepts, tools and models of NLP coaching, and in turn brings these competencies into full play.
The program maximizes coaching results by integrating coaching skills with NLP and by engaging vision, hearing, sense and mind. We believe that everyone is perfect, complete, and has the capacity for achieving goals. NLP coaching explores potentials and motivates you to realize life goals. Through this program, students will acquire the ability to coach yourselves and others.
Course Features
Led by experienced MCC career coaches, with practice led by professional MCC coaching assistants, emphasizing the process of summarizing theory in practice and applying theory to practice, training the professional qualities of advanced career coaches.
Teaching mode
The training is mainly based on the analysis and training of the eight core competencies of ICF and the minimum requirements of MCC. The learning methods include student classroom training, case analysis of real clients, and demonstration by MCC mentors. The training methods include coaching practice with real clients.
Learning methods
21 offline training +3 online supervised learning sessions + other forms of individual tutoring for a total of 152 learning hours, including 70% practical and task challenges, 20% self-summary sharing, and 10% exploration and learning of core skills and knowledge.

2. 7 in-person coaching sessions, 3 online practical coaching exercises: 45 minutes of practice with real clients, 45 minutes of group sharing and coaching.
3. Personal real case practice
During the training period, each group member is required to have at least three real contracted clients for at least three months. While possible, mentors will assist in providing real clients in corporate coaching and career development coaching, parent-child coaching programs, and discuss the essentials of real client coaching in class based on the trainees' career directions.
4. Multi-dimensional supervision
Each student will complete 7 hours of team supervision and more than 3 hours of one-on-one online or offline supervision.

Suitable for
1、 Students who have completed the Coaching LEVEL2 Diploma course prescribed by ICF and obtained ICF PCC certification;
2、 Those who do not have ICF PCC certification qualifications can attend the course but will only receive a study certificate from Qing Ye Teng Coaching Center and will not receive an ICF completion certificate.
3、 Like-minded coaches on the path;
4、 Be able to attend the entire class (if absent, make up for it in the next session and the graduation certificate and ICF certification recommendation letter will be issued)
